2. Website Usage
2.1. This website is for booking and inquiring about Layali Al Irfan services only.
2.2. The website may not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
2.3. Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these terms.
3. Reservations and Payment
3.1. All reservations must be made through the official website or authorized booking channels.
3.2. Full payment is required to confirm the reservation, including options for credit/debit card payments or pay on arrival.
3.3. A booking confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp after successful payment.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1. Cancellations made 72 hours before the Iftar date are eligible for a full refund.
4.2. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the Iftar date are non-refundable.
4.3. If the event is canceled by the organizer, a full refund will be provided.
5. Conduct and Compliance
5.1. All guests must behave respectfully and adhere to Ramadan traditions during the event.
5.2. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
5.3. The management reserves the right to deny entry to any guest who does not comply with the event guidelines.
6. Privacy Policy
6.1. All personal information provided during booking is used solely for managing reservations and support services.
6.2. No data will be shared with third parties without user consent.
6.3. Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre is committed to protecting user information and maintaining confidentiality.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. The organizer is not responsible for any personal loss, injury, or damage during the event.
7.2. Use of the website and services is at the user’s own risk.
7.3. Event details and services may be modified as necessary based on operational requirements.
8. Changes to Terms
8.1. Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
8.2. Continued use of the website after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
