Welcome to Layali Al Irfan, an exclusive Iftar experience at Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre (OCEC). Please carefully read the following terms and conditions, as they govern your reservation and participation in our event.
1. General Information
1.1. Layali Al Irfan is organized and managed by Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre.
1.2. By making a reservation, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
1.3. The event will take place from 2 March to 22 March 2025, at OCEC, Al Irfan, Airport Heights, Sultanate of Oman.
2. Reservations and Payments
2.1. Reservations can be made through our official website or WhatsApp booking system.
2.2. Payment options include:
- Online Payment: Using credit/debit cards via Thawani.
- On-Site Payment: Cash or card payment at the venue.
2.3. Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.
2.4. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1. Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the event will be eligible for a full refund.
3.2. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
3.3. In case of event cancellation by the organizer, a full refund will be provided.
3.4. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
4. Event Attendance
4.1. Attendees must present their booking confirmation (email or WhatsApp message) at the entrance.
4.2. Guests are expected to arrive at least 15 minutes before their selected Iftar time.
4.3. The event organizer reserves the right to deny entry to any guest violating the event policies.
5. Conduct and Etiquette
5.1. All guests are expected to adhere to respectful behavior and follow cultural guidelines.
5.2. Smoking is not permitted inside the tent areas.
5.3. Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
5.4. The event organizer reserves the right to remove any guest causing disruption.
6. Privacy Policy
6.1. Personal information provided during booking will be used solely for reservation purposes.
6.2. We are committed to ensuring the confidentiality and security of your data.
6.3. No personal information will be shared with third parties without consent.
7. Liability Disclaimer
7.1. The organizer shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings.
7.2. In case of unforeseen circumstances, the organizer reserves the right to make necessary adjustments.
