Please carefully read the following terms and conditions, as they govern your reservation and participation in our event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. General Information<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>1.1. Layali Al Irfan is organized and managed by Oman Convention &amp; Exhibition Centre.<br>1.2. By making a reservation, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.<br>1.3. The event will take place from <strong>2 March to 22 March 2025<\/strong>, at OCEC, Al Irfan, Airport Heights, Sultanate of Oman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Reservations and Payments<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>2.1. Reservations can be made through our official website or WhatsApp booking system.<br>2.2. Payment options include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Online Payment:<\/strong> Using credit\/debit cards via Thawani.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>On-Site Payment:<\/strong> Cash or card payment at the venue.<br>2.3. Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.<br>2.4. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>3.1. Cancellations made <strong>48 hours<\/strong> prior to the event will be eligible for a full refund.<br>3.2. Cancellations made less than <strong>48 hours<\/strong> before the event will not be eligible for a refund.<br>3.3. In case of event cancellation by the organizer, a full refund will be provided.<br>3.4. Refunds will be processed within <strong>7-10 business days.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Event Attendance<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>4.1. Attendees must present their booking confirmation (email or WhatsApp message) at the entrance.<br>4.2. Guests are expected to arrive at least <strong>15 minutes<\/strong> before their selected Iftar time.<br>4.3. The event organizer reserves the right to deny entry to any guest violating the event policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Conduct and Etiquette<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>5.1. All guests are expected to adhere to respectful behavior and follow cultural guidelines.<br>5.2. Smoking is not permitted inside the tent areas.<br>5.3. Outside food and beverages are not allowed.<br>5.4. The event organizer reserves the right to remove any guest causing disruption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6. Privacy Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>6.1. Personal information provided during booking will be used solely for reservation purposes.<br>6.2. We are committed to ensuring the confidentiality and security of your data.<br>6.3. No personal information will be shared with third parties without consent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>7. Liability Disclaimer<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>7.1. The organizer shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings.<br>7.2. In case of unforeseen circumstances, the organizer reserves the right to make necessary adjustments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>8.
